I have a cordless Philips twin phone model CD 245...., from one moment to another stopped working and only message screen is showing on both handsets is "searching", I ve tried by disconnecting and reseting both handsets as well as swaping them from each base but they are just not working ... phones just don't have any dial tone at the moment
I want to use two old hansets with a new base station. cannot unregister or reset cordless handset from base station (Which is faulty) want to register two handsets with a new base station I just bought. Philips tell me it was not possible if old base station faulty and not responding to handsets. Any ideas, dont mind taking things apart and using soldering iron.
