If its the red white and blue AV cable on both ends yes you can. If its a red white and blue AV on one end and a audio looking jack on the other end you can too. They sell all those cords at Radio shack or most electronic stores.
sounds like you have broken piece moving around on the inside or broken dvd inside my youngest son put a music cd in my dvd player and didnt put it in right and it broke causing player to make clunking sound and door refused to open. The broken cd was found when player was opened up and sorry to say the tray was broken because of it
go the start then control panel then sound speech audio driver then adjust sound volume than make sure all sound are up on high the click apply and maby need to restart the computer
It could be that the DVD player has a bad home switch in the dvd player or that it doesn't know that the door is closed. I have run into similar situations with CD Players years ago. Also keep in mind to unplug unit and let sit for 1 minute to let microprocessor reset. Let me know if that helps. Thank you ...Jay
I have the T600-D DVD player. The unit's door will not open leaving my movie stuck in it. I have used the equipment probably not more than 5 times. I do not appreciate TruTech not having a phone number or person that could help or give instructions when there is a problem with one of their products. When I tried to call the number listed in the warranty booklet, I was directed to call a (900) number which would cost me $9.00 per minute. This is unacceptable business ethics. I tried to return the unit to Target, but because the 90 days had passed, they could do nothing about your product. Maybe I should post a sign by TruTech items stating that you do not stand by your products, so it would be advisable not to purchase any of them.
Tray won't open.
unit plays dvd already in it, says open onscreen but will not eject
