Printer deskjet 3650

Hello everyone, need help with my hp deskjet 3650 printer. My hp deskjet printer 3650 wont print, the power led would just keep blinking, normaly when i open the case the cover the cartridge would move but my ink in the printer won't move.
I chech the USB cable and ink is full , everething is ok but the printer is not working . He is blinking very fast.I try install printer again. But I have same problem again.
need help.

Hello thanks for using fixya

You should try this solution:
Remove the power cable from the printer, Press power then wait a few seconds, then Press power again. Now plug in the power cable and try to turn the printer on, It will boot, If it does boot then it means the power supply is not exactly correct in printer. So you may need another power supply

It is require servicing if you can open the cover and apply some lubricant oil on the steel rod it will fix the problem otherwise show it service center.

Windows 7 installs default drivers for HP DeskJet 3650 (HP DeskJet 3600 Series LDIL driver). In prints, black ink is not being used. When printing from Linux (CUPS) it works fine. How to fix this?

Intern page counter for hp deskjet 3650
Turn the printer on, Press and hold down the POWER button while holding down the power button Open and close the top cover four times and then release the POWER button
It will print a page and in that page just look for Line Number 21 which will say like - PX = XXX
XXX is the number of pages this printer has printed till date

Print wont print
Hello, You may check to insure the USB cable at the printer or at the computer is connected properly and didn't come loose by chance. Try disconnecting the USB cable from the computer, wait ten seconds then reconnect. This will let Windows "find" the printer again. Worse case scenario, you could delete the printer through device manager, reboot you computer and Windows will "find" the printer and reinstall the driver automatically on restart. Also check that the ink cartridge(s) is seated properly.
