I no longer have the orginal box that my navigon 7100 came in I have lifetime updates for freshmaps as well as Zagat however can not update without the activation code key that per Navigon website is located on box. Just want to update my maps on my GPS
Activation cord is in the freshmaps activation card that comes with purchas of device.It is on the back of the card remove plastc with nail and you will get 15 digits number in 3block with 5 digits each.

If your useing Windows XP or Vista,drivers arn't needed..Windows "sees" the gps unit as another drive.
If you want to use the logbook , the files are in excel format.
the owners manual shows where the files are stoerd on the memory card!!
