Ultrium 920 sas install problem

Hi,

i tried to install this device ( ultrium 920 sas) with the original hp cd, i downloaded drivers from hp, but windows ( win 2k3 r2 server) do not want to recognize the device...

any idee?

SOURCE: ultrium 920 sas install problem

Try to reseat the controller from the PCI slot.
Reseat the SAS cable.
Here are the drivers you may need:
