The only fuse for the starter is not located in the fuse box it is located in the positive wires that go to the starter its called a fusible link and when then amperage of the starter exceeds the fusible link rating the fusible link blows the link is usually located inthe positive wire to the starter and at some point fatter then the wire itself

I have a 1994 geo prism I replaced the starter cause it was making a clicking noise and it's still clicking. The clicking is coming from the new starter I replaced. Please help

Turn the key to run, but don't start the engine. If the clicking continues, unhook the small wire from the starter. If the clicking stops, you have a short causing power to pulse to the starter control wire, possible bad ignition switch.

94 geo prizm owners manual

is this a question, ?
let me guess.
you forgot to say, where is the fuse box under hood?
or forgot to say, i found it (sure anyone can) but the words on them
are lost/? markings? (where is my fuse map)
why not post symptoms first.then ask for fuses and what not

btw the operators guide is free on all suzuki;s and geo's. anything.
why not get one and read the fuse page.
would be great to have that if stranded.
btw,2, Prisms are Toyota Corollas. made side by side same day.
badges swapped. (called a badged car)
this fact makes finding facts and parts 10x more easy.

yes, there is a fuse box under hood and in dash.
sure, and both are covered in the oper, guide and FSM.

see this link page. to facts

Starter fuse on 95 geo prism

I fiqured it out, the starter fuse on 95 geo is bolted in. you have unbolt the fuse box under the hood. you have to push the fuses out the bottom, patience is the key it doesn't push easily, once you have it pushed out remove the bottom cover and remove a 8mm and 10mm bolt.reverse to install

1994 geo tracker engine will not turn over

Check that the battery connections are tight and that there's no corrosion.
Check the fuse panel. The starter should have its own fuse. Check to see if its good.

If that checks out, check the connections to the starter. If they check out, and if it's a stick shift, the if the pinion is jammed you can put the car in second gear on level ground, release the parking brake and rock it vback and forth. This should dislodge a jammed pinion. Try starting again and see if this dislodges the starter motor.
Hope this helps.
