Can i buy a replacement sipper lid for Thermos Nissan stainless tumbler? i got a defective one in a duty free shop in the Phils yesterday. there was no product code on the tumbler so the cashier went to get another one from the shelf, and replaced the one i chose, which i am very sure was not defective.

If the seal is gone your vacuum is gone, if you replace the seal you can not replace the vacuum, you need a factory to do that,cheapest to just buy a new one.
you need a stanely my stanely stays hot for 6 hours and is still warm in eight and the larger the stanely thermos the better and i have had that same stainless steel thermos and it even sometimes leaked. stanely may cost a little more but there worth it.

if your in the uk simply go to www.thermos.co.uk and go to the support or contact page, if they cant directly replace it although no reason why they shouldnt, they will be able to tell you where you can get one, hope this helps
