I tried to locate the manual with google, but unfortunately had no success. You could ask some specialized manual search engines, like here or here. The services are not for free, but most times worthy - saved my live more than once.
Just a warning, the slicer requires sliding a safety switch to the right before the on switch can be turned on. I say this because my first thought was that the on swtich didn't work. I want to save you that confusion.
