Search 4 canon jx 300 chk 5100

Press MENU and # - this is service mode.Find CLEAR, and OK, then select clear ALL. After that fax returns to factory sett.

Try unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds.

Look for AUTO RECEIVE in the set-up menus.

Make sure the sender has the correct phone number.

You must be in AUTO ANSWER mode.

Unplug the power cord for 10 sec.

Just press the on/off button once this should do it.
