SOURCE: My work canon jx 300 is storing faxes. Auto print

Press MENU and # - this is service mode.Find CLEAR, and OK, then select clear ALL. After that fax returns to factory sett.
You will need to reenter your settings, but it should work.

Will not print recorded in memory items

Press the on / off button once, this will enable auto print to on. If you press and hold the on / off button, this will power down the JX-200. Reference page 32 in your Users Guide.

Canon pixma mx 300 won't send or receive fax

Dear friend,
it's very important to connect your MX 300 with the telephone line the right way! Please read once more the part "Preparing the machine for fax" in the chapter "Faxing" of the MX 300 User's Guide and mind the hint "Important: Do not connect the machine and external devices in parallel to the same telephone line using a splitter (A). The machine may not operate properly."

Make sure the sender has the correct phone number.

You must be in AUTO ANSWER mode.

Unplug the power cord for 10 sec.
