The problem is when I set to AF mode, the focusing is OK but the sign inside the view finder is not yet to focusing, shutter mayn't be function, if I press the len release button, the shutter is working.
May you tell me I need to change which parts?

    Thanks.

Sorry but it's almost certainly beyond repair as there are no spares available. But if you state exactly what the autofocus problem is, then it may be possible to suggest a fix if it's a simple fault.

Thanks for the clarification.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to fix the fault described. It's definitely either an electronic or mechanical fault (most likely electronic) and like all APS film cameras would be difficult and expensive to repair IF spare parts were available.

There are NO spare parts available for your camera, nor for many other APS models which I'm aware of. The whole APS concept was very poorly engineered and even the high end models such as the Nikon Pronea SLR's were very cheaply built with an intended lifespan of no more than around three to four years. That's why you see hardly any functional APS cameras any more.

Although your camera is unrepairable junk, the good news is that you can usually get far superior (in terms of build and image quality) 35mm autofocus SLR cameras for free or at least very cheaply now. They don't have the "panoramic" mode which your camera has, but as that was achieved solely by masking the top and bottom of a standard APS negative it's easy enough to replicate on a 35mm print by just trimming the top and bottom of the photo off.

If you want to look for free autofocus 35mm SLR cameras and lenses then I suggest that you join your local FreeCycle and Freegle groups. I've had dozens of excellent cameras this way and although I own and use all of the major SLR brands I've only ever paid for a tiny fraction of what I have.

Testimonial: "Well know for the APS camera and have a good suggestion, thanks. "

How do i turn off auto focus?

To strictly turn off the auto-focus, you have 2 options:
1. Some generations of 5600's have an Autofocus On/Off Switch. If so equipped, move the switch to "Off".
2. Remove the bottom cover. Locate the auto-focus motor and clip on of the wires that power the motor.
If repair is what you want to do, the problem becomes more complex and expensive! You will have to contact: www.micro-tools.com
You can order the 2 special tools, instructions and any other parts you need from them. When Kodak stopped supporting the slide projector business, micro tools bought out the remaining repair parts.

IN AUTO FOCUS FOCUS RING STICKS MAKES NOISE LIKE

How new is the lens? In or out of warranty? If out or warranty most likely solution is to find a Sigma authorized repair shop because your description sounds like the auto-focus motor gear has failed. If in warranty, check out Sigmaphoto.com for repair sites and also download the SIGMA_SERVICE_REQUEST.PDF. I've only had to deal with Sigma once on warranty matter and they were very helpful, provided UPS authorization for shipping on their nickel.

Nikon Pronea S Film

Ritzcamera.com still lists FujiFilm APS Nexia on their website. I've seen it at Walgreens as well. Any full service camera store should still have the film in stock.

Camera will not auto focus

Take the lens off and rotate the focus ring, it should turn very easily with little gear noise.Try a different AF Pentax lens that you know is good.
I'm sure the lens is binding, take the lens to a camera repair shop for an estimate cost to repair.
