How do i put call on hold when another call comes in?

Power button , up volume , n home button will reset it and reset to put new password or just hold power button until it goes off and then hold power button until it comes on then off then press till it comes on

You should be able to just "wiggle" the line spool out of the head, by disengaging the knob, then depressing the string spool and allowing the line holder tabs to come clear of the holding tabs inside the head. Push DOWN on it and wiggle it around, it should come free.
