Unable to connect to facebook games

I have a new laptop and i am unable to connect to facebook games. when i try to play bejeweled blitz or cafe world it comes up with a message saying there is a problem with my internet explorer. can you help?

2) Save it, don't run it

3) Close all your browsers and install the saved file

I have the full screen version of bejeweled blitz (20.00). It has been disconnected from facebook. I get the game on my fb account but i want my big screen version back. Please advise how i ando this....
I'm also a Bejeweled Blitz fan! In Facebook, there's a download button at the bottom of the Bejeweled screen in Facebook that will allow you to download the latest PC version of Bejeweled Blitz which will also connect to Facebook. If you already have a registration number for the program, you should be able to type it in during the installation process.

When you try to run Bejeweled Blitz from your PC Desktop, you should see a "Connect to Facebook" button in the lower center part of the screen. Mine automatically connects to Facebook unless I'm having troubles with my wireless network or the Bejeweled Online game is experiencing problems with its system. Then I may need to click on the Connect to Facebook button.

If all else fails, contact their customer service department.

I hope this will help you get back up and running again in the full screen version. I love the game and enjoy it much more on the PC version that connects to Facebook.

I updated my bejeweled blitz for iPhone via the iTunes store today. When update completed I am unable to play blitz online. it tells me to log into facebook. After doing this I still cannot play blitz
Im experiencing the same issue dont know what to do yet may have to uninstall and reinstall push come to shove....

My cafe world(facebook application) will not load.... it keeps saying ''connection error - we are unable to process your request at this time'' everyone else is able to load their cafe world on my laptop....
Facebook said,"That they are having trouble with their application." They are working on the problem. They got the farmville application working good now. They had that trouble last weekend.

I wonder if anyone can help. When I go on certain games on facebook my internet crashes. This mainly happens on Fishville, Bejewelled Blitz and Cafe World but not on Green Zoo or Uno. I then have to exit...
Try opening the game in some other browser. for eg: Firefox and see if the problem still persists. There could be problem with Active X. Certain videos or graphics do require Active X to display them on web. Unblock the Pop -UP blocker and then give it a try. the system will automatically prompt you to install Active X, if it is required by that game.
