A bigger question might be will the operating system you are using support the printer? You could check the Windows 7 hardware compatibility list (other versions of windows can be accessed from that site as well) See if the MP 145 is listed. There will be additional info posted there as well.

OR ... you can go to www.canon.com/support and get your drivers for the OS you are using.

click on above link then select your operating system then download driver and software then you not need installer disk you can install driver and software for your printer from above download.

Hanif, Go to
http://www.bioticaindia.com/pixma-mp-145.html
and download the necessary drivers and burn a CD for future.
Connect the printer to the PC and Allow Windows to detect it. When it asks for drivers point to the directory where you have downloaded the drivers.
