My son's f150 wont reverse....what should i do?
I had the same issue, but mine was one of the wire had broke off the motor on the passanger side... hope this helps for anyone looking at this issue!
Lightning mcqueen 12 volt power wheels will not go in reverse or turtle speed and the left driver tire does not move. is there a way to test the motor with a test light? Or is the problem in the switches? All connections have been cleaned and coated in dielectric grease.

I would call customer support and find out why the powerwheel does not go into reverse. You advised that it was the f150. I can give you the link as to where I tried to see if there might of been a safety feature of not letting the unit go into reverse.
