Ur Main Tuner Signal board is the cause.Replaced this Main Tuner Signal board will solved this problems.Tries websites Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish Main Tuner Signal board for replacement.

Open your monitor back up and look for unplugged connectors, especially the one to the back of the LCD. I had this same problem with a HP F1703. The owner whacked it so hard when the backlight stopped that they dislodged the connector.

it seems the sudden loss of power fried the screen...or it could be the video card that might have downed.  always try to use keyboard combos like crtrl+alt+del or alt F4 before resorting to such violent measures :( 

your Y-main bd buffer(s) upper and lower. needs replaced. to do this, u need to remove the back cover with a t20 torx bit + phillips screwdriver. once removed, look to the far left, there are 5 or 6 long snap on connections they run along your Y upper and lower buffers. look at them carefully for burn marks around the sealants. if u notice a orange burnt residue, its prob burnt out and needs to be replaced. this should enable the video once again.

Hi, assuming you have an expensive sony screen to replace allready, it is fairly hard to do because to take the top off every screw you can see from the back have to come out on top of that the optical engine and circuit boards have to be loosened or removed to get at the last two or three burried deep inside (thanks sony) if you can get that far the rest should be a breeze, just separate the cabinet replace the screen and reasemble
