Hi David,

It may have gone into the defrost cycle while you were cleaning it. Leave it turned on for about an hour, if it still does not start on it's own send me the model number off the tag and I will help you find out what is wrong.

Hi sense deep freezer light turning ng on but won't run, no sound, nothing?

You only have 1 or 2 things to check.
1. Cold control off or not set to a temp. desired position
2. Compressor overload cutout on side of compressor.
If it's a self-defrosting unit, a timer, heater, thermal cutout could be an issue.

I have got Hoshizaki Ice Machine which makes three beep sound every 2 second continuously. I turned off the machine. It looks it needs to be cleaned. Can anyone help me to resolve this problem so that it...

I am assuming that it has run two consecutive cycles. I would first clean the machine inside and out. it should drop ice once cleaned, if not then open up the control box and find out which lights are flashing. I am almost certain that once it is cleaned it will drop ice.

Frigidaire, chest freezer only 2 or 3 yrs old, was...

See if you have 120 volts at the compressor if you do do you hear any clicking sound at compressor if not replace compressor Start Relay/Overload if you hear clicking sound the compressor may be bad or Start Relay/Overload the only way to know is to replace the compressor Start Relay/Overload. If you do not have 120 volts at the compressor jump out the thermostat you should have 120 volts at the compressor now if not you may have a defrost timer Prob. if this is shelf defrost unit check timer turn knob to see if it starts.

Upright frigidaire freezer not running properly

Sounds like your defrost timer has packed it in you need to fit another timer to it and everything will be as good as new.
by turning the timer you have forced it to run nothing to worry about. It has just stopped in the defrost position. What you have done is the first diagnostic test a tech would have performed. I hope this has helped you out.

My Whirlpool upright freezer keeps building up ice inside the bottom back wall. The fan starts rattling and freezer will not stay cold enough to make ice. If I take everything all out and leave it off...

Either your defrost timer, defrost heater or defrost thermostat has failed. All parts are located behind the lower back panel inside the freezer. Most likely are the defrost heater and defrost thermostat.

Model FFU2065FW4 - manual says nothing about lights at bottom

The switch turns on and off signal that lets you know that the freezer is to warm. One of the lights dose the same and the other is a power on light. All's well.
