If you have lost your CD for your webcam, which contains the device driver, the only way is to find how you can get another CD, better still, you can get this online, type in the name of the manufacturer website in your URL,find the product and type in the model number,then find the driver and download it.Or you can still go through google search,type in GE EasyCam Webcam device driver,click on the reasonable options and proceed.
