I hear a rattling sound after preheating is complete when I use either of my wolfe double wall ovens. Before I call for service, do you have any advice? has anyone else had this problem, if so, what happened? Thanks

Any idea on how to fix my double wall oven?

That doesn't sound good and is likely to be a Control Board issue. Turn it off tonight at the breaker and turn it back on in the morning. That is the closest you will get to a Reset.

The light in the oven is just a simple switch connected to the door hinge.

How do i find the fuse location for a Wolf double oven, Model D030F/S ?

Dear Friend,
Pull the oven towards you, disconnect any electrical cord from the wall. Normally the fuse is located right next where the electrical cord enter in the back of the stove. If there is any panel right on top of where the electrical cords connects to the oven, simple removed that cover and there should be a fuse. If not, removed the rear panel where the electronic control panel is. Hope you can find it!

Good Luck!

My oven bakes, but it takes 30 minutes to preheat

Hi friend, thank you for your post!

I know from your post that your Frigidaire oven is working but the preheat takes 30 minutes. This does sound like lengthy amount of time for preheat to be completed. From what you are describing it could be an issue with the panel, element, or thermostat. Since it could be anyone of these underlying issues I would recommend having a professional come out to diagnose your refrigerator to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts. -Matt

Oven burner and broiler burner don't warm at all. Stove top burners work. Clock display normal. When turned on lights indicate oven on and preheating (normal). I have reset the main circuit breaker with no...

Hi Brian, thank you for your post!

Sounds like the either both bake and broiler element may be faulty or a potential wiring failure to the elements. You may want to connect with a local servicer who will be best equipped to pinpoint the problem. If you don't know a qualified technician, you can use the service locator option on the manufacturer site to find one near you.

Wolf Double Oven

I had the same problem with a Wolf L-Series double wall oven (Model DO30) and called for service (under extended warranty contract). The tech told me that the F1 error is a latch problem (you know the one that grabs and locks the door during self-clean cycles). He cleared the error using a series of "secret" button presses on the control panel and the problem cleared. Now, when it happens (which isn't very frequently), I do the same thing he did ... press "0" and "Temperature" for the oven causing the problem and hold them for about 5 seconds. The oven will ding and the display will show some diagnostics, including the error event. Press "Cook Time" and "Stop Time" while in this diagnostic mode to clear the error register, then press "Off". I've also tried to keep the area across the top of the oven opening clean (with a little degreaser), especially around the latch, and I've sprayed a bit of WD-40 into the latch periodically for lubrication and cleaning.
