I have recently purchased a 2nd hand Indesit WIDL102 Washer/Dryer - its less than 6 months old,it runs through the wash cycle fine,but when it comes to rinse or drain it just sits there humming as if something is jammed,but the drum turns freely in the was cycle and the water pumps in fine.I have also tried starting it up just in "Drain" mode and it still sits there humming,any help is greatfully appreciated thanks !

well from what I can understand here you need to check first 2 things
1) Check that the hose that is connected to the machine is empty and that there's nothing blocking the water.
2) another possiblity is that your Pump isn't working.
saince i don't knwo the model I can't tell what kind of pump you have, if you have direct pump is should be abouve the motor, it' pretty easy to inspect it and look at it, it may be blocked from all kind of junk (coins.....) another option is that the pump blades are worn out so it's not pumping ( i don't think its your case since your washer is prettry new)
