If not see if you can borrow a wireless USB wifi adapter with the software CD, install this software, plug in the USB adapter and go to a hotspot where you can get a wifi signal. Once your there , go to Dell and download all the correst drivers you need for your ethernet and other stuff. You should write down your laptops key numbers before, because Dell will ask for this. Otherwise you may also try doing a restore to an earlier period on your unit and go back to the old operating system, or check for the prior system in the system where it made a new partition for the new windows and go to your old operating system by way of the selecting which partition you want.
