Get a picture but no sound

Check whether the audio is muted by accidental press at remote control button. Enter its sound menu, and check it. If muted, as you know there will be no audio output. If not muted, check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. I think fault is in electrolyte capacitor.You should check the supply volt of cathode & all relative component of RGB input.

Check TV Speaker option in setup/ option of Menu and make sure tv speakers are ON to get sound in tv speakers.

LCD Panel (screen) is defective and need to be replaced to solve this problem.

reset your tv from setup menu.hopefully sound will come.

it sounds like a bad t-con board. this board my not be sold without geting the whole screen. the t-con borad is at the top of the screen and connects to your main board

Ur Video converter board is dead,need a new one.

please try differect sources e.g. dvd, cable TV box, aerial. Also check that your connectors are properly plugged in. If none of those work, bring your tv to the nearest service center.

it sounds like you have SAP enabled. Refer to your manual or on screen menu to verify that it is disabled.
