When I pick an ap to open on my I Phone, it acts like it is going to open it and then it does not. It just goes back to main screen that shows all aps on phone. What could be the problem? Thanks.

you can uninstall apps one by one. From main screen, wipe to right to get the app list, pick one you want to remove and press it long to open a dialogue box and choose "remove".
