Hi guys I have some problems with my iPhone, there's a bunch of weird translucide dead pixels on my screen and I don't know if I should just change my screen or find a DIY solution.
Hello, You need to replace the screen of your iPhone to remove those dead pixels. you can replace the screen by yourself. You just need to buy an iPhone screen replacement kit and a guide to repairing the iPhone screen. You can buy iPhone screen replacement kits for any model of iPhone from PartFect. Visit: https://partfect.co.uk/collections/iphone-lcd-screen-and-digitizer
Somebody has to open the iPhone and replace the digitizer. The cheapest way is to do it your self and you should get aways with around $70. The part is available on ebay. If you want to pay to have a service do it for you there are third party iPhone Screen Repair Services. To try to do it yourself, here's a iPhone Repair guide on how to disassemble an iPhone. As you can see from the guide, this is not quite that easy. Maybe a tech savvy friend can do it for you.
Im gonig to say you need a new LCD. go to youtube, they will teach you to do it but it will only work on 3g/3gs.
