C700 laptop's display problem

Connect your laptop to an external monitor and switch to monitor. If the external monitor shows the desktop, then the complaint is in the lcd/led display unit means the screen. Replace the screen. If the external monitor also shows the complaint, then it is normally due the mch(media controller hub) . It comes as separate card unit in some models and onboard for some other models.Only an experienced technician can solve that issue. In some rare cases it is due to a corrupted BIOS. The video cable is a little strip of plastic with metal plated contacts that lock into place, but it is possible that the locking mechanism came partway loose. You can bring it into a computer shop and get and estimate or if your feeling brave go here and download the manuals for it:

To be exact there are six models of Compaq C700 laptop. to identify the model, turn you laptop upside down and read the details on the sticker.

1. Select your OS 2. Scroll down, drivers are displayed alphabetically

Hook a external monitor to the video output on the back of the laptop, If the picture is nice and clear the laptop LCD screen is defective. To replace the display will be costly, Now! if both screens show the same problem it is the Video Graphics card that is part of the motherboard.

Water damaged screen means total loss, You must have to chage screen. First time while you switch on it water is presented on TFT display, And its damaged to diplay & normaly is blank sometime. Check it in service center of it.,

U HAVE TO DO THIS U NEED FULL FORMAT YOUR HARD DRIVE ALL PARTION WILL BE DELETD & CREAT A NEW PARTITION REINSTALL THE OS

there is someting loose inside the computer so you may have to open it and check for loose conections or pices that they may be loose or video conectors
