The color cartridge may not be seated properly in the carrier or just needs cleaning. Remove the cartridges from the printer. Close the covers. Unplug the printer from the power source. Follow the steps found in this link http://bit.ly/bb33Ob on how to manually clean the print nozzles. Plug the printer back to the power source. When printer's ready, reload the cartridges. If problem persists, contact Lexmark at 1-800-LEXMARK(1-800-539-6275) so they can better check the cartridge. Leave a comment if you need more assistance and I'll get back to it. Thanks.
