You can un install old version of your nokia PC Suite from your PC and install new from nokia website for free.You need a USB Cable to connect and in your settings take "Connection Manager" and change it PC Suite mode.You can find Mass Storage and so and so options in it.

As a member, you can then download the Motorola Phone Tools (PC Suite) for yourMING to your PC for free.

**Make sure you download the USB Drivers, too.

The download for the PC Suite is in .zip format. You'll need to unzip it to a new folder. (You can create a new folder on your desktop)

After unzipping the file to the new folder, double click on it to open > locate the >>
Setup icon and double click on it.

This will install Motorola Phone Tools (PC Suite) on your PC.

Start the Phone Tools Program by double clicking on the icon on your desktop.

Download the Data Cable/Modem drivers and attach your phone to your PC with a USB data cable.
(You may also be able to use Bluetooth)

The PC Suite will include all of your options on the left hand side.

Please make sure you are using the newest version of PC Suite. You will find the latest version at http://www.sonyericsson.com. Choose your region, support and your phone model.
Before installing the newest version please uninstall the current version of Sony Ericsson PC Suite (if installed) and restart your computer two times. If you can't remove the PC Suite by SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS look at How to manually remove PC Suite

First check the PC Suite is the one recommended for your phone and your PC ie. Windows 2000, XP,Vista etc...
Next uninstall the PC Suite from your PC.
