Two possible solutions:
1. After the pictures come up, right-click on one of them and select "open with" and choose Zoombrowser from the list.
2. Use a card reader. Create a folder on your desktop and when the pictures show up after connecting the card reader, simply select all (highlight them) and drag and drop to the folder. From there, you can import them to Zoombrowser.

when i plug in my camera and then turnit on in playback mode, as i've always done, the picture that'sdirectly below the speaker that is supposed to light up blue doesn't doso, and the upper of the two lights directly next to the eye lensflashes green a few times then my screen goes black. i've tried openingZoomBrowser EX and clicking acquire images and download from cameraanything that could possibly get the process going without any luck.
icannot seem to find the problem. i remember maybe once i tried helpingmy mom load some pictures onto my computer from her camera which neverended up working, and now when i try to upload from my camera itdoesn't work.
