Good after noon sir i am sam using windows xp service pack 3 at present but i lost my video drivers and mother board cd so i cannot play videos so pls tell the sol i am not gettting on mercury site also pls guide me through the rest of the process from where i ca get the vga drivers thanking u urs truly sam

the brand and model of the mb would help alot but you can use the driver tool from intel.com or just get the down load from there support page.

I lost my mother board cd

you need to download a system diagnostics to get you the info of yourr mother board. a good one to use is sis sandra or choose one of these

they will tell you what mobo you have and then you can go to the manufacturer and download the drivers. Alternatively press delete when you boot up and go to the bios it should tell you what mobo you are using.
