Hello. Chances are that you have a cd tilted inside your player. Gently shake the cd player in hopes of getting that dislodged cd to settle back down into the tray as it should. Joe
Hi,this might be helpful;
try to unplugg the socket of the player from the mains,and plugg it back into the mains after 10mins,afterwards,put it on.
however,if the problem remains after this solution,it seems the pick-up assay is weak and it needs to be replaced.This requires the expertise of a professional,so i will suggest you contact the nearest one to you in your area to help you fix it.
thanks and take care
Hello, first switch off the system for a while like 30 minutes, then put it on back. You can try and reset it if it has reset functions on it. If that dd not work out, in other to prevent further damage to the player, call a radio repairer to adjust the rubber inside where the cd opener is. It is somehow stiff and it needs to be free a little bit for it to work properly again. Also check the voltage of the light you are using on the system that light affect it to. Take care.
Hi,
from what you said yore not really making it better by trying to fix what you do not have knowledge about. you are getting the right solutions for your problem.
There are some thing that are involved in players like this, sometimes someone needs to be around that will really know what is really wrong by viewing it by him self. You really need a radio repairer to check it out in other to prevent more damage to the player.
I would advice you Call a radio repairer.
Take care.

powering off and on after 30 seconds did not work. I can find no reset input. Don't want to call a repair man yet. Still looking for ideas.
I now have the cd door off and can see that one cd is in the play position and another seems wedged in near by it. I need to get at the wedged CD and pull it out. I have taken all the screws out of the back panel, but can't see how to get the sides off to get at the cd player area and remove the cd
Close!
There was a CD wedged in and would not come loose. I fashioned a small hook out of a coat hanger wire, covered the tip in duck tape to prevent scratching, reached in, grabbed the cd and pulled it out. Presto, all working again. Now putting cd door back on the front. Comes off and on pretty easy: to pegs in holes at bottom, and 2 spring clips near bottom.
