What is the model of your fridge.

On the older fridges, a faulty thermostat would cause the fridge compressor to run continuously and therefore, would not regulate the temperature.

On newer electronic models, you have temperature sensors giving signals to the control board. These can fail.

Many times a freezer and/or refrigeratordo not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many otherthings that can go wrong. If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing thencheck out the last two tips.

HI,REPLACED THE START DEVICE OR COMPRESSOR RELAY ,IF THE REFRIG CONTINUE WITH THE PROBLEM PROBABLE THE COMPRESSOR INTERNAL OVERLOAD IS BAD AND REFRIGE IS ASKING FOR A NEW COMPRESSOR..GOD LUCK.

Bad water filter or weak water inlet solenoid. Water line to back of fridge goes to inlet solenoid valve. Check it first. Would help to know the manufacture date. If it has a filter at bottom of fridge it will cause leaks and low pressure to dispenser if not changed each year.

More likey to be a defrost problem Remove the freezer access panel and inspect the coils.

Is the compressor coming on. Can u hear the compressor explain more please

Hi,

if the compressor is running your ref. should be getting cold. Their is a defrost timer but when it is in defrost the compressor shuts off. I think you do have a leak.
