If the 380 is listed, there will be additional information there ... if it is not listed, you are probably out of luck using this printer with your nedw OS.
Windows7 Should automatically install the drivers for your sound card so it may be due to your sound card not being compatible with windows7 or incorrect drivers have been installed
Download sound card drivers for your sound card and make sure there windows 7 compatible.
You might try compatability mode in 7, or you might complain to HP and ask them to prepare a new driver or ... gasp! ... you could retire your printer!
A much better approach is this: Where is your "old" computer? Network your old with the new and share the printer through the old computer and everyone can use it.
