About every 30-45 seconds it looks like flashes of white light appear on the screen. The lights are not steady and disappear right away and are on random spots on the TV. If I turn the TV off it doesn't happen for a while but does eventually return. This all depends on how long I keep the TV off.

I would guess at yes. Both my car and motorcycle have a red light that flashes when the alarm is armed. It acts as a visual deterrent to thieves. The lights on both glow steady for a few seconds as it checks itself then once armed they start flashing every 2 or 3 seconds.
Dont drive a car with the light flashing. A flashing check engine light means that something is really wrong and you can damage the engine if you drive it.
Is the projector receiving a source signal? if not it will power itself down after whatever time you have it set to do so when no signal is present. Just an idea?
First off all u switched off the printer and on switch off mode press the green button and on pressing the button switch on the printer hold that button for 5 seconds and then release the button whenever u realese the button the printer start migrating . After migrating if the printer have same problem then u reinstall the printer driver and again reinstall the driver, after reinstalling the driver the printer will working fine .
Solved by resoldering some solder joints!!!!!!!

Toshiba Model 57H81 Rear Projection TV - Purchased 11-09-2001
Problem: Toshiba 57H81 Flashing Red Power Light, No Picture/Sound, Blown Fuses F850 + F852
Symptoms January, 2009:
Upon turning on set I got flashing red power light and nothing else.
Removing plug for one minute and plugging in results in:
Audible click, steady red power light for 2 seconds then slow flashing red light
Pushing power button results in steady red for about 2 seconds then slow flashing red light, no other set activity
Removing power cord for several hours and plugging back in made no change
Audible click, steady red for about 2 seconds then slow flashing red light
Possible related note:Over past several months occasionally the entire screen would flicker momentarily and at other times be problem free for weeks.
Fuses F850 and F852 found blown
Repairs Made:
PD0074 DEF/CON Power Board
There are two main power supply capacitors in this set.They are C-809 and C-810.One their negative lead on the printed circuit board re-soldered leads and nearby contacts. I’m told that because the factory left out a printed circuit board eyelet, the connection will come loose over time.When I called Toshiba customer service they said there was a known solder joint problem causing blinking red light.
Replaced blown fuses F850 and F852.
I actually installed a fuse panel on the inside of the cabinet and routed the fuse connections here instead of ordering the special fuses and replacing them on the circuit board.
Had to use a 5 Amp SLO-BLOW for F850. Fast blow does not survive power up. Get the red blinking light.
Twelve hours of my time over three days to research issue, disassemble set, make repairs, add fuse panel.
Already owned Service Manual and Circuit diagrams from a different 2004 repair.
Less than ten dollars at Radio Shack for fuses and fuse panel. Already had wires, etc.
Some solder. Already owned de-soldering tools, etc.
Visited both local authorized Toshiba factory service repair facilities.One said repair would have to include replacing Q751 + Q752 STK392-110 Convergence Amps with ST392-180, and realigning set for a total of $500+ and it would be more if they had to order a power board. NO THANK YOU!Other shop said $65 for site visit and $30 to make an estimate that could be applied to repair.
How many times does the POWER led flash per second? (Dont worry about the OPC).
1x (steady constant blink) = Lamps or inverters 2x = Power Supply 3x = Main Unit
If i am reading it correctly, looks like the POWER led is flashing 2x, which means it is a power supply failure. Either way, your TV needs to have a board replaced, there isn't anything you can do to fix it yourself. Try locating your local sharp authorized service center to repair your TV (1-800-237-4277)
On your bluetooth headset, hold down the power button until the light stays on steady.
(it will blink when you initially power it on, but continue to hold for
another few seconds for the steady light!) Your headset is now in
pairing mode.
On your RAZR, press Menu > Settings and Tools > Connections > Bluetooth > Handsfree > Look for devices. Your phone will then scan for any bluetooth devices that are in pairing mode. When
your headset pops up on the list, highlight it and press ok to connect.
If the device asks permission to bond with the phone, select yes. It will then prompt you for a pin code. The pin will be 0000 .
This is for a AKAI Model # PT46DL10.
AFTER ON FOR ABOUT 20 - 30 MINUTES, STARTS A FLICKER/FLASH. IT IS NOT STEADY BUT DOES IT EVERY 5 - 10 SECONDS.
