You computer will download anything you tell it to but you have to have a program that opens that type of file. For instance, if it is a .jpeg image file extension then your computer uses a program like photoshop to open it. If the file is a music file with an .mp4 extension your computer needs Itunes to open it. Can you tell me what the extension is? A bit more info would be helpful for me to help you figure out exactly what to do. ;o)

The program FileCure by ParetoLogic is a form of spyware. I would strongly recommend AGAINST attempting to purchase a license key to the software.

I would suggest that you download a spyware removal tool. Here are 2 that are both free and effective, and safe to use together:

Try loacting one of the tracks in Win Explorer then highlighting and right clicking it and selecting Open With and selecting WinAmp. If that works OK then you will need to change the file type association for the WinAmp extension and making it delault to WinAmp instead of Nero.

Change the program that opens a type of file

there should be a small pinhole on the back of the device push it in and that should reset your device

to set the ringtone in the file explorer long tap on any file which u want to set as ringtone and menu will appear select set as ringtone and it will be set

for other problems regarding the un installing the software actually the software u installed changed the file associations of these music and video extensions dont worry u can har reset to factory default as under but all data will be lost pls confirm and proceed ur phone will be set as new when u bought it backup ur data first

hard rest factory default settings = when ur set is switched off press both buttons call and end key and then press power button on upside of pda for like 5 sec screen will appear asking to format all data take out ur card if u dont want to format that now confirm by pressing the centre action button in 4 side joystick and go
