My QMS Minolta PagePro 9100 is showing a message "media jam fuser". I was printing and a piece of paper jammed just as it was coming out of the lower paper tray and another piece just before it comes out of the machine. I removed both pieces and then this message appeared. Desperately need help as I can't find a local repair to fix it.

Looks like your drum cartridge is dirty / busted. 1710400. e-bay has some new cheap drum replacements for about 40$

Hey folks! This solution worked for my "media jam tray 1" problem! Just took out paper, pushed down @ back of tray, reloaded paper, and bingo! Now to use some air to blow out any dust.

I turned the printer off, took the power cable out, and turned the printer on. After 60 seconds I turned the printer off, put the power cable back in and turned the printer again on. This is a solution in order to loose all the voltage/current build up in the printer. Whether this is the solution or just coincidental, I don't know. The printer worked well after that.

have you tear the paper when removing? there is a small paper left still inside the paper path. open the back side and the top part and check for small paper. I hope that will solve your problem and if think the problem still there the problem is one of the paper sensor actuator is broken or out of place.
