My sony walkman nwz-e344 digital media player froze yesterday during use and wouldn't pause, turn off or anything. Now it won't turn on at all and when I plug it into my computer via usb cord it won't even show on the computer that it's plugged in. I pushed the reset button on the back, and the screen turned off for just a second and then turned off. What's wrong with it?

I had this problem a few days ago and now my sony nwzs18f has different problems, the way i got it to charge back up was by using a usb charger that plugs into a socket rather than into your computer this should hopfully charge it back up and also it should unfreeze the screen.
hope this helps

I had the same problem. For at least a week. Try pressing the reset button. The reset button won't delete your music, videos, pictures, etc. Just resets your system. If that does not work then i don't know what else to tell you.

U need to upgrade the firmware, you need to download the firmware from here: http://support.sony-europe.com/dna/downloads/firmware/firmware.aspx?site=odw_en_GB&m=NWZ-B135&f=FRM_NWZ_B13x_f after downloading, run it and then connect the player to system while holding the "volume -" button...it should be detected and the firmware would be restored.
