When i first started up my new advent roma 1000 everything responded very slowly or crashed and now when i turn it on it as if it is running in safe mode, the wireless is switched off, screen is dulled down, the taskbar is solid grey, no sound, linited program use, etc. the system now doesn't allow me to open trouble shooting or system programs like restore nor my security centre and when i check the error report it shows as ''unknown error'' please help!!!
Try the following.
Is it under warranty? You can send the item back to the manufacturer.
If not:
1. Try to reinstall WINDOWS operating
system by the use of the installer CD
2. Install the hardware drivers found on the accompanied CD installer
3. Secure an antivirus - Norton or ESET and constantly update virus definition files and run full system scan
