Hi...

First off..Check the wheels to make sure nothing is jammed between them and the body.

I had one like that where a hat was stuck in the wheel well

Also , make sure the drive lever is all the way in

Pride ultra making noises during ride

If you turn to the right and the speed of the clicking sound goes faster then your left wheel has the problem. The shaft key is a little loose and is shifting while running. If you turn to the right and the speed of the clicking sound goes slower then the right wheel has the problem. Sometimes a stick will become lodged underneath making contact with the wheel or rim making a clicking noise. These noises can drive me nuts. Scooter Doctor App

I HAVE RASCAL 235 SCOOTER A LOUD SCREECHING NOISE COMES FROM THE BRAKE AREA IT IS INTERMITENT

Use compressed air to blow dust and rust out of the brake assembly. If the noise persists you may need to disassemble the brake, clean it by hand - especially the brake pad.
You may also have the armature nut misaligned at the brake tearing the brake pad apart. Loosen it when you are cleaning the brake and then remount it 1/32" back away from the back end of the brake.

Back wheels make a loud clicking noise

Hi. Loud clicking noises from the rear wheels are usually caused by movement of the square steel key that fits into a groove on the axle inside the wheel hub. This is what drives the wheels.
You will probably get a click for each revolution of the wheels.
To fix it, remove the rear wheels and wipe a thin smear of grease on the key and axle, then replace the wheels.
The grease will allow the key to move slightly without making a noise, and help stop it from wearing.
It sometimes helps to also remove the front wheels, and wipe a thin smear of grease onto the front stub axles. There is no key in the front hubs, but the grease helps to prevent the bearings siezing on to the axles.
Good luck. Neil.

Loud clicking noise coming from rear wheel drive section

Hi. Does it make a click about every revolution of the rear wheels? If so it is probably the square key in the axle that drives the wheels. Raise the rear of the machine on blocks, and remove the rear wheels. Wipe a thin smear of grease on the axle and key. then reassemble and test.
I have done this on many machines because of the noise. Just about all brands have this problem.
Good luck. Neil.
