My sansa clip 2gb wont turn on! Not even when i plug it into the computer! Please Help Im Desperate.

Plug your device into computer and let it about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Then, unplug and turn it on.
If it doesn't work, you should change another one.

Computer wont recognize sansa clip mp3 player

Reformat clip with disk utility after looking at it like an external disk. Do this by turning it off. Puting it in lock mode. Hold down middle button as you plug it in.

I am mad at my Clip as it did the same thing.

MY SANSA CLIP MP3 PLAYER 2 GB

please check on the backlight settings on the "system set" in the Menu, make sure you have a value in there, but if in case the Sansa itself does not seem to be turning on, the check on the battry if it is charged / overcharged. if you have checked on this area and you had the same issue, then you may want to check on the Backlight or the LEDs of your player, better if you consult the warranty of the player before opting to open theunit up by yourself.

hope this helps.

Frozen

There is a fix, but it is going to delete all the songs off the player, so you will have to reload them. Disconnect the Sansa Clip from the computer. Slide the power button up for 15 seconds to turn the Sansa Clip off. Hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer

Get the latest firmware for the player - should solve the problem (may require a restart of your computer after upgrading).
