Stopped working and all digital figures displayed!

My Breitling Aerospace is about six years old and has been 100% perfect with very occasional battery change. However, it has suddenly stopped working and both top and bottom digital display has all the digits showing. Top display shows: TM T2CHRAL. Bottom display shows: 1.88.88 88 with a small 'p' between the second and third (from the left) number eight as well as a diagonal line across the bottom hole in the second number eight. Not the normal characteristics of needing a battery change unfortunately!!! Can anyone help?

If the display is not dim the battery is probably OK. Try removing the battery, test it anyway, and after a minute or two replace it (I'd use a new one anyway) and see if the problem is cleared. Sometimes just power cycling will "reboot" the watch. If that doesn't do it I'm afraid it will need to visit a Breitling service center.

How to set time on breitling aerospace

press button till in time mode then pull out crown wheel and rotate slowly to adjust minutes or spin quickly to adjust an hour at a time.

Backlight for my breitling aerospace has stopped working, otherwise watch is working perfectly.

I am in South Korea. My back light has stopped working and I took it to the dealer/service office in Seoul and asked them if they could repair it. Then took it apart and said everything works find, but for the back light, I should just order a whole new analog works...is he just trying to make some money off me?

Not good news.The parts are only available from Breitling and this will require the watch is sent to them.There is probably a fault on the circuit,if its out of any guarantee this will be costly.There is a UK Breitling repair centre try Breitling.com or find a good stockist.

I have seen other makes which have described how to do this but you do need the manufacturers instructions. These are frequently obtainable from their web site but in this case I couldn't find any.

However, if you go to their web site (www.breitling.com/zh/index.php#/home/), you will see on the left side of the screen a heading "maintenance centers", click on this and choose the one nearest you.

If you contact them they may be able to talk you through the procedure or send you a set of instructions.

Breitling aerospace stap

If it is the spring that connects the watch to the lugs, It is called a spring bar. You can easily get some on ebay . Or just got o a local independent watchmakrer shouldnt charge you more than $10 to put a new set of spring bars on.
