The lamp u change?U use the tv at lest 4 or 5 hours a day?The lamp 1 1/2 or 2 years last was change?The lamp life span is over replaced other lamp.

Make sure that power is stable and clear with command 14 if it comes back, replace the heater lamp.

I would change the whole LAMP ASSEMBLY because if you touch the lamp while changing it out of the housing the oils on your hands will cause premature failure.Most of the time the lamp assembly's come with replacement instructions but yours is not too bad it is located on the left hand side if looking from behind set.

Sounds like a ballast problem. Did you change the ballast or just the lamps? You may want to check your ballast, also the air filter, as this will stop your set from powering on.
