This indicates you have no resident restore partition on your hard disk drive. The easiest way is to put your Windows OS CD in the PC and startup. It should ask if you want to start from CD. Say yes and follow the instructions. You may need to press F2 or 10 to change the bootup sequence to start from the CD if it doen not do it automatically. Thanks
