Hi.

Install the driver software before connecting the printer USB cable to the computer, then connect the printer. The only action required after installing the software and connecting the printer, is authorizing system changes if asked by Windows or by your security software.

You first need to download the drivers from hp. DONT plug in your printer already. We will do this in the installation
When you downloaded the driver and probably a whole program, run the setup.exe, follow the steps and your printer is installed!

I want to install HP Officejet 4355 all in one but do not have an installation disk..
Its best you install the latest software and drivers for your Printer and usually the disk that came with the printer is out-of-date anyways.
