Try these steps:
1. On your computer desktop, right-click on the My Computer icon.
2. Select the Manage option. A Computer Management screen opens.
3. Expand the Services and applications list.
4. Click on Services.
5. Scroll down the list of services until you find lexbce server. Right click on lexbce server and select Properties. Set the Startup type to Automatic. Click Apply and then OK.
6. Reinstall the printer driver.
