Hello nik286, hi, check first the label at the back of the TV, look for a voltage input something like a 90V-240V, if you see this, its an autovolt system, this type of power supply input is standard nowadays. Assuming your asking what would be damage, this could be anything from the fuse, thermal resistor, rectifier diodes, and the regulator IC of the power supply board.

What will happen if inserted the 110v input d-link wireless router power supply to a 220v outlet? does my router busted or just the power supply?

Most likely you have damaged not only the power supply but also the D-Link wireless router unless the power adapter is a multi-voltage power adapter. Check the label on the power adapter and if the input voltage is a fixed 110 volt power supply you are in trouble.
You can try getting a 110v power adapter and connect it into the D-Link and if it works then you are lucky.

No power

You have destroyed the TV. Most likely it would be cheaper to buy a new TV than to repair this TV.
You maybe able to get a quote to repair the TV before you decide whether to repair or to purchase a new TV.

I accidentally plugged in my pulmoneb in a 220v outlet

plugging a 110v device into a 220v outlet is not likely, as the plugs are a different configuration. In the event that you somehow managed to do that, your device is probably fried, as that would be to much voltage. Hate to say it; but you are probably gonna need a new one

How to use it if we have 220V outlet?

If the AC unit is 110V then you must plug it into a regular 110V outlet. You cannot plug it into the 220V outlet. Either get a bigger 220V unit or use a 12 gauge extension cord to get it to a 110V outlet.

CHIMEI CMV938D 19 WIDE SCREEN LCD volt

I have the exact same monitor and it is 220v. But seeing as i bought it in Australia that makes sense. If yours was purchased in North America then it is almost definitively 110v. It is likely that it is written on the actual monitor. If in doubt you could always try it with 110v. If that works then theres your answer. If it doesn't then its probably 220v.
