Hello,
When a device does not operate for a long time, probably a few months, it sometimes develops hardware errors.
In your case, some devices like the Wireless LAN and the mouse may not be working properly with the device drivers.
The most suitable solution here would be to update your device drivers.
Download all the driver updates from the link i have provided below and install.
The most important drivers you should download are the BIOS, Wireless LAN, Mouse, if posible downlaod all the available drivers and install.
Before downloading, select the operating system you are using and the appropriate version of drivers will be provided for your laptop.
Leave the "Sort Files By Type (optional)" empty so that you can be provided by all available drivers.
To download the drivers, please visit the link below, and select the operating system you are using on the laptop:

Remember to restart your laptop after every driver you install.
Thank you for using Fixya,

There is a simple step to resolving this problem.
Run system restore.
Cheers.
For that first make sure your toucpad driver and wifi driver installed and working fine.
You can check it in device manager.
Right click on my computer icon then click on property then you can see all driver list make sure wi fi network adapter is not disable then go to control panel and check touchpad utility is not disable .
Then if still same issue then reinstall both driver then wi fi and touchpad working fine.before installing driver first uninstall old you can uninstall it from device manager and control panel;->add remove program.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.
