Blue shades on left side of the screen - Toshiba 43A10 43" Rear Projection Television

You may try a new T-CON, but most of the problem could be a display panel.

First roll down the quick menu from the top of the screen and see if the Blue Shade is on, if it is turn it off. If is is off then you can go to the settings from there and go to Accessibility at the complete bottom on the left side and from there yo can adjust Color Inversion and Color Correction. However, it sounds like the Blue Shade has been turned on.

Tcon board or associated plugs and cables

Either your monitor or the video card inside the computer is going bad. To isolate the problem connect another monitor to the computer. Borrow a monitor from a neighbor, friend, relative or co-worker and connect it to the computer. If the Borrowed monitor displays ok that means your video card is ok, but your original monitor is bad. If the Borrowed monitor displays the same blue shade then your video card inside the computer is bad.

This set has no internal manual adjustments for color. The Tracking or B&W balance is accessed via the service menu. I don't suggest you attempt to adjust without instrumentation. the trouble with your set is not an adjustment. Most likely the Optics are at fault. This model has had issues with filters in the optics being destroyed over time by the lamp. The blue haze will get worse and continue to grow over the whole picture. The only option is to remove the Optics (light engine) and sent it out to be rebuilt.

The problem with your unit is that when your tube was replaced, it was not degaussed or demagnitized. The purpose of such is to distribute the color evenly unto the entire television matrix.
You can try to demagnetized it by rotating a magnet around the surface( but not so near) of the picture tube while it is operating.

Also, please check for the degaussing coil around the rear portion of the tube was returned and also check for loose contacts.

2 months old? I'd call the dealer..it's under warentee. You have a problem that will not get better.

check cable and resistor that is giving 2number pins signals to video amp. ic and driver of green signal.
