I have a Saeco expresso coffee machine purchased in Canada and working on 110 volts. I would like to bring it to Europe. Can I convert it to 220 volts?
Sorry the machine is made to work at 110 volts .so u cannot use it
Inside the machine you have the vibrating water pump, the two heating emelents the grinder motor and group motor that are all are working with the 110. The cost of the above parts only will cost more than the price of new machine in any voltage. Moreover just consider the cost of labour for someone to make the modicifcations.
So as you may understant the only way to work your machine is to use a trasformer from 110 to 220 volts but again for a power of 1400 Watts this also a costly thing however you can try to find one but I believe it will worth it only if it is less than 100 Euro which I am no so sure if their in such a price. The only chance is if you can find a used one maybe from ebay or something which will do the same jop but very dificult to find one but worth it to try.
