I've a problem with my Docucolor 12. When the machine start after few secondes he remains an error system code 9-343.
Iwant to know how to repair it?

Hi, you have to reset this code entering into diagnostic mode, If this fault is declared 3 times in succession, print and copy mode will be disabled. In order to clear this condition, reset NVM location 744-003 to 0. Saludos from mexico
Fault Code 15-362 - CAUTION: The Fuser Roll remains in a cammed-up position if power to the copier is interrupted while the copier is in use. The Fuser Roll will not be released from its position until the power is restored, the Power Switch is in the On position, and the Start button is pressed again. If the Fuser Roll remains in the cammed-up position for a prolonged period of time, copy quality defects will occur. To prevent damage to the Fuser Roll, switch the Power On as soon as possible after the power is restored, and make a copy of a document. If the machine is a DC 12LP send a print job from a workstation to prevent damage to the Fuser Roll.
Hello sir; The problem you have can be reset, just follow the steps as below;
1, power on the machine.
2, while hold down the 0 key, press start.
3, enter the access number 6789
4, click onNVM reset/NVM initialization.
5, enter 777-018 press start.

That is a contact failure on the BTR roller. It is the larger black roller inside the left side door. It may just have a dirty contact, or may need to be replaced. But for some reason the machine is not seeing good contact to that roller.
