If you are speaking of a 3.5 floppy, you won't find one on the newer systems. 3.5 Floppys are out of date and are rarely put into new sytems. If you have data that you would like to retrieve from some old floppy disks, you will need to go to a computer store ie: Bestbuy or CompUSA and get an external USB Floppy drive. Then you can save them to your hard drive and then burn them to a CD or DVD.

Hope this helps you.

Will not post up

It would help if we knew what it does. Does the CPU fan run? Does the CD/DVD open or flash? Have you replaced anything recently?

Keyboard wont print screen

Try unplugging your keyboard, restarting your computer and then plugging the keyboard back in.
If there is no change, try updating the keyboard driver by going to "Start" and searching for "Device Manager". Find your keyboard on the list of devices under the "Keyboards" section.
Right click on it and click "Properties" then "Driver" and then "Update Driver"

My pc name is el1333g-01w and i need help upgrading my graphic card can u purchase any graphic cards for desktop? it doesnt look like i have room to fit one in is there a certain place to get certain...

Google both "PCIe" and " AGP " in images to see what one best matches your old graphics card. After that you can go on newegg.com or another electronics store, even possibly a bestbuy and purchase a card with the same style of port. If you do not have a PCIe or a AGP slot on your machine then you may not be able to upgrade the graphics.
