Apparently, the phone was requesting for a network unlock code. It hard locks when a wrong code has been insert for a number of times... You'd have to try to flash the phone
Hi, Your phone may be locked to its Network, that's why it shows "sim card not valid". In order to use other Networks, you need to unlock your phone. You can unlock your Nokia N70 using code.You can either get the unlock code from your service provider or from reliable online site. dear, you should check your card by putting it in card reader and access through pc and if you dont have this then try your card into another phone having accessibility of this kind of card...
Insert ANY unaccepted SIM card
in the phone and then turn the phone on, follow the steps in 1 to 4
below to enter all the codes. The phone will states "Wrong card" at the
end of step 2 and "network lock deactivated" at the end of step 4 if
